3 months agoI had an incredible experience at Chicago Sweat Lodge! The environment was calming and perfectly designed for relaxation, and the sweat session left me feeling completely refreshed and renewed. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience seamless.

3 months agoMy go-to place for a legit shvitz, with two old-school saunas--dry and wet--and excellent food. Highly recommend.

3 months agoThis place was awesome. Cold plunge was 41 Degrees, so cold it got into my bones, my joints and my soul lol. Saunas were great. Food was delicious. Drink selection is awesome and the staff were amazing. 100% recommend will be back again and again.

4 months agoReally amazing environment and experience for sauna vets as well as newcomers. Their super friendly and helpful, and the other patrons were friendly as well. The food and drinks were amazing (including the dumplings and Polish beer), as well as the free games to play while waiting for food or taking a break from the sauna area. The waist towels were a unique feature that were really great! Loved the saunas available themselves as well! Will be back for sure! Highly recommend!

5 months agoHad a great experience here with 4 of my friends. It was incredibly relaxing and revitalizing using the sauna, cold plunge, and then eating right after in their dining hall. I will come back at least a few times a year.

7 months agoWent here a couple times. Great place with friendly owners. It is way hotter than steam rooms and saunas I am used to and now I feel like thenother ones are decaf in comparison. Will definitely be back. They have a full food ans drink menu as well.

a year agoFantastic experience. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Ample space to accommodate a lot of people at once. I had a great massage and the saunas and cold plunge were perfect. It was exactly what I was looking for! We weren’t hungry but the food looked great. We’ll come hungry next time for sure. Will definitely be coming back!

Edited 9 months agoAmazing facility. Great food, staff, wet and dry sauna however the cold plunge is never cold. For the last three Sundays the cold plunge was 70 degrees, 68 degrees and 62 degrees. That is not a cold plunge.Water off the tap from the City is colder. Please fix this like your other location Red Square. Other then that there is ample free parking and the staff is always very nice and accommodating. Still a 5 star review! We need the 10% gratuity on all services ELIMINATED. This is a diservice to your loyal customers who tip each and every time. Please take care of this you have a classy operation.
